Challenge: his client was looking for an MDR/XDR provider to support their Microsoft stack. Their current MSP was under performing by lack of timely response to cyber-attacks, and minimal data available from monthly activity or breachesThe client’s IT team was remediating and reporting the attacks to the vendor.
